Commerical Mastic Sealing: Malmaison Hotel, Dundee
GP Contracts were contracted to provide Mastic Sealing to all newly fitted external windows at the Malmaison Hotel, Dundee.
The Tay Hotel building in Dundee was transformed to convert into a Malmaison hotel. The hotel was completely refurbished internally and new windows were installed externally. GP Contracts were contracted to provide Mastic Sealing to all newly fitted external windows, access was gained from MEWPS to complete works. Internally we installed sanitary silicone sealant to all tiling junctions in each of the 91 en-suites.
