Commerical Mastic Sealing: Suffolk Row, Edinburgh
GP Contracts were contracted to carry out the full Mastic Sealants works package to this development consisting of 10 luxury new build townhouses at East Suffolk Row in Edinburgh.
GP Contracts’ remit included the installation of Mastic/Silicone to all external/internal areas, compriband joint sealing tape to settlement joints, fire and acoustic protective seals, and sanitary sealants to each of the kitchens, bathrooms & en-suites.
